job summary:

The Network Engineer designs, configures, implements, and supports network infrastructure solutions. This team is responsible for developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and service level agreements.

responsibilities:

Job Duties :


- Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewall, optical systems, and other network devices


- Develop and document procedures for remote deployments; teach and train field support personnel as needed


- Prepare and maintain logs, reports, user guides, and documentation to track and analyze telecom equipment usage and costs


- Design and deploy functional networks, including LAN, WLAN, and WAN


- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on telecom and networking hardware and software


- Develop, maintain, and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for telecommunications networks


- Collaborate with IT support, sales, client-facing teams, system administrators, and engineers to assess technology needs




qualifications:

Associates or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related field, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience


- At least 5 years' experience in network engineering and design highly desired


- 2+ years of LAN troubleshooting experience


- Network monitoring experience


- Cisco experience


- Valid driver's license
