Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate s degree or higher.
Desired skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task are necessary. Ability to read, apply the information to the program and components of those programs. Ability to recognize and identify problems. Ability to learn to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the agency, office, or related units
Duties/Responsibilities: Review, archive, digitized and organize water quality restoration grants. Assist in the data collection and retrieval of historic grants. May also review and implement aspects of contracting and grant management for the Water Quality Restoration Grant Program.
UPDATE - It is acceptable to only have professional experience in GIS and not GIS certified. But GIS experience is a must. Grant experience is not required.
