Our client is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant on a long-term contract basis.

Work Model: Remote

Summary: This is a contract position for large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects focused on the HRSD & Employee Workflows suite of products. 50% of the BPC's time will be dedicated to supporting existing implementation projects, and the other 50% will be focused on a ServiceNow Modernization program which is migrating the existing environment and products to a "clean core" or "greenfield" instance.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
  • Align HRSD capabilities with business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all.
  • Work closely with HR leaders, process owners, and end-users to gather requirements and translate these into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the solution is tested and validated against business requirements.
  • Develop and execute a plan for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow HRSD, including case and knowledge management, and employee service center. Experience with Life Cycle Events preferred.
  • High level understanding and practical experience in designing and implementing complex employee workflows.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and experience acting as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner in a Scrum or similar framework.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD - highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
