The Role

RedMane has a full-time opportunity for an Executive Operations Manager as we continue to grow our Chicago headquarters. The Executive Operations Manager will provide support to the CEO, Executives, and provide overall operational support to the Chicago office. The hired candidate will be self-motivated and possess a positive, can-do attitude. A willingness to roll up their sleeves and tackle any roadblock in the way. This role will be the glue between executives, department heads, and the other RedMane offices in Missourri and Canada.

Skills & Role Requirements

The Executive Operations Managert will:

  • Manage the calendar for the CEO.
  • Assist with scheduling and travel coordination for executives
  • Assist with power point slides for presentations
  • Attend meetings with the CEO to take notes and follow up on action items
  • Work with the office support team on facilities projects, event planning, townhall meetings, and various other projects.
  • Work with the various operational teams for cross collaboration on projects including the creative team, HR, accounting, and IT
  • Work with our wellness program partner to administer the program and plan events.
  • Research and help propose new department and/or company wide programs and initiatives.
  • Learn the nuances of the RedMane culture and instill those values in the day-to-day interaction with the staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Assisted or worked side by side with C-suite executives
  • Over 5 years of work experience at least. This person must have the experience and vision to carve out their own path.
  • Must have a positive Can do attitude, comfortable within a fast paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Must be a self- starter, able to use initiative from a broad set of directions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in management and direction of administrative staff
