Model N Flex Senior Tester , SFO, USA
Role Summary
Deliver comprehensive functional, regression, and integration testing for Model N Flex platform and its associated business processes within the Pharma Access ecosystem. Ensure data integrity and business continuity during system upgrades, cloud migrations, and feature enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for Model N Flex modules (GP, RM, DRM, Medicaid).
- Execute end-to-end validation of Chargebacks, Rebates, and Government Pricing workflows across SAP and Model N.
- Perform manual and automated testing using RETINA, HP ALM, Selenium, and UFT.
- Ensure test traceability to business requirements and validate data flows between PDV, FOAC, and Model N.
- Participate in defect triage, impact analysis, and regression suite optimization before each release.
- Create daily/weekly status reports and QA dashboards for Program Leads.
- Support cloud upgrade validation (AWS instances, data migration testing, performance validation).
- Coordinate UAT sign-offs with Business Owners and provide hyper-care support post-go-live.
- Maintain QA artifacts test cases, execution logs, defect reports, sign-off records per audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 + years in QA with 4 + years testing Model N Flex modules and integrations.
- Expertise in functional, integration, and data validation testing.
- Hands-on experience in HP ALM, JIRA, RETINA, UFT, and Selenium.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience validating SAP to Model N and AWS to Model N data flows.
- Familiar with Agile ceremonies, release management, and test automation strategy.
