Job Title: Business Analyst
Work Location: Austin, TX Hybrid (Onsite + Telework, Local Austin candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation: Lead and contribute to enterprise-level modernization initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and designing future-state business capabilities.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, design future-state models, and lead implementation for measurable efficiency gains.
- Strategic Business Modeling: Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, value streams, capability models).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and external partners to elicit and document business requirements.
- Bridge Business & IT: Act as liaison to align technical solutions with business needs, translating complex requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives with strong communication and analytical skills.
