Job Details
Our client seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in robotics and early-stage product development. You ll work closely with R&D, design, and production teams to drive manufacturability across new robotic systems. Responsibilities include applying DFM/DFMA principles to prototype and production designs, optimizing assembly processes, and supporting pilot builds to ensure smooth design-to-production transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D to integrate DFM/DFMA into new product designs.
Develop and refine manufacturing processes for robotic assemblies.
Support prototyping, tooling, and pilot production efforts.
Drive design reviews focused on manufacturability, cost, and scalability.
Work cross-functionally with design, quality, and supply chain teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
Experience in robotics or automation systems (preferred in R&D environments).
Strong knowledge of DFM/DFMA and tolerance analysis.
Hands-on experience with prototyping and manufacturing techniques.
