Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Development Specialist to process the onboarding of new customers. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for efficient and accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information, staying up to date with utility requirements to provide technical support to stakeholders, facilitating demonstrations and training with new customers, and continuing to follow up with onboarded customers to get them acclimated.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree will be required (a specific discipline is not important).
Experience in a fast paced and team-work environment and can work under pressure.
Client relationship management and/or customer success experience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (including Teams and Outlook).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Demonstrates flexibility, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to learn with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
