Teamcenter System Administrator
Role Description:
Below are key Responsibilities 1 Configuring, maintaining, and supporting the PLM system, which includes managing user accounts, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting issues. 2. Collaborate with business users and IT to implement system updates, manage integrations, and optimize workflows for product development. 3. Documentation, system testing, training users, and providing reports.
Design, develop, and implement Teamcenter solutions.
Customize Teamcenter and Active Workspace using ITK, RAC, SOA, Stylesheets, BMIDE etc.
Perform Teamcenter configurations, including Workflow Designer, Access Manager, Query Builder, Structure Manager, Change Management, MPP, Report Generation, PLMXML etc.
Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise and CAD systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Teamcenter applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure the performance, stability, and security of the Teamcenter environment.
Follow agile PLM process to administer, configure, and customize Teamcenter (system configuration management and release management, solution testing, maturity review & deployment, user support & feedback, continuous improvement, etc.).
Create and maintain technical documentation. - Provide support to testing\development teams

Able to manage the client with good communication skills
Proven experience as a Teamcenter Sysadmin or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and modules.
Proficiency in TC, AWC & BMIDE
Experience in setting up 2T, 4T instances and customization
Familiarity with PLM concepts and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in Teamcenter integrations (e.g., ERP\CAD system) is a plus
Good to have knowledge on functional areas such as EBOM, MBOM, BOP, SBOM
Must have knowledge on Windows, Linux/Unix scripting
Knowledge of database management and SQL is an advantage
Should be able to perform:
Production L1/L2/L3 Support, Release activities, Deployments, Troubleshooting issues, Teamcenter configuration and Tesis Gateway
Experience of developing business opportunities and partnerships while working with Projects
Multiple Solution implementation experience, analyzing issues providing functional insights and domain expertise for successful implementation
Developing functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications
Identifying, analyzing and fixing Teamcenter application functionality and production issues
Monitoring Teamcenter application, network and server performance
Configuring, and managing Teamcenter Dispatcher Translations
Business Process Mapping with Teamcenter Applications
Knowledge in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Process Management, Design, Change management, Configuration Management, BOM Management, Project Planning & Management, Data migration, Deployment, Administration and Functional / Production support
Implementation Test cases development and execution
Engineering Design, Analysis for Automotive Engineering
