Role: Google Cloud Platform Alloy DB Engineer

Location : onsite (Parsippany, NJ)

Job Requirements:

• Strong in database design with Alloy DB. Able to analyze project data requirements and create effective database designs.
• Plan database capacity and scalability strategies.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Alloy DB databases.
• Optimize queries, indexing, and storage utilization.
• Implement and manage AlloyDB in Google Cloud environments.
• Integrate AlloyDB with other Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow).
• Experience in migrating data involving Postgres. Knowledgeable in data migration strategies for Alloy DB.
• Experience with Data Analytics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Database Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Alloy DB
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization
• 3+ years of Data Migration experience
• 2+ years of experience with BigQuery
