Position Information: Our client is seeking a talented IT Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the business systems and related partners daily, continuously improving performance.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders on business systems operations and project priorities, meeting or exceeding committed scope, time, and cost commitments.
• Responsible for the business systems and related integrations, and provide Level 2 support to resolve production issues and proactively explore continuous improvement opportunities in finance and integration areas.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with business partners and internal teams to deliver desired business outcomes and optimize business processes
• Leads project and enhancement delivery.
• Supports end-users in meeting defined business requirements by understanding end-to-end business processes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in the functional areas of the business, understanding the data workflow and supporting systems/applications to support both the business and IT.
• Leads requirements gathering sessions to document new business process enhancement efforts.
• Manages/coordinates implementation tasks with the offshore development team.
• Create test plans/cases for system integration test and UAT
• Supports systems/applications and contributes to the development of process improvements.
• Facilitates formal change management processes, representing the business systems on the Change Approval Board (CAB)
• Supports the development of business process documentation and assists with training activities where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a business systems analyst function.
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and lifecycle workflows
• Strong ability to elicit, document and translate business needs into system requirements
• Ability to define integration requirements and work with technical teams on implementation.
• Skilled in creating SOP's, user guides and system documentation for internal and partner use.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot partner related system issues and recommend solutions quickly.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives related to system updates, new feature rollouts or workflow changes.
• Strong knowledge of finance and controlling practices, procedures, and business processes.
• Experience or good understanding of Retail accounting is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Information Technology or a degree in Business with relevant Information Systems experience required.
