Devops Engineer (mobile Devops/AWS Devops)

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Duration : 6+ Months

Experience: 5 8 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers with strong expertise in Mobile DevOps and AWS-based DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability and scalability of applications across mobile and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelinesfor mobile applications (iOS/Android) and backend services.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or similar for mobile apps.
  • Manage AWS infrastructureusing Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration using Dockerand Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
  • Monitor and optimize application performance using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar tools.
  • Ensure security compliance and integrate tools like SonarQube, BlackDuck, and Prismainto pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues across mobile and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 8 yearsof experience in DevOps with a focus on Mobile DevOps and AWS Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Fastlane, Bitrise, or similar mobile automation tools.
  • Expertise in AWS services(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code(Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with containerization(Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools(CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Good understanding of security best practicesand integration of security tools in pipelines.
  • Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar languages.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with mobile app distribution(App Store, Google Play).
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, Microservices, and API management.
  • Exposure to Helm, AKS, and multi-cloud environments.
