Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle CX-Service Implementor to join our team on a long-term contract basis in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is focused on delivering robust Oracle CX Service solutions by leveraging technical expertise to optimize customer service processes and streamline integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle CX modules.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Oracle CX Service solutions, including configuration and customization to meet specific business needs.
Design and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Service Cloud and modules such as Oracle Field Service, Service Logistics, and Depot Repair.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to develop technical specifications.
Configure Oracle CX Service Cloud to enhance workflows, service request handling, and knowledge management.
Customize Oracle Field Service to optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
Integrate Service Logistics for inventory management and Depot Repair for refurbishment processes to align with service operations.
Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
Manage data migration activities to ensure accurate transfer from legacy systems to Oracle CX and related modules.
Provide training and documentation for end-users while offering post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience implementing Oracle CX solutions, with 3 years specialized in Oracle Service Cloud integration.
Expertise in configuring Oracle CX Service Cloud, including workspaces, navigation sets, and custom objects.
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware for seamless module integration.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service for scheduling and workforce management.
Familiarity with Service Logistics and Depot Repair for inventory and service workflows.
Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data mapping for integration purposes.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for customizations.
Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
