Discover Impactful Work:

As a member of the Global Talent Development team, the Director, Talent Development will lead central initiatives improving the capabilities of talent within the General Management pipeline and accelerating the readiness of future Executives. This role will own developing and driving the organization's General Management learning strategy, emphasizing scalable solutions to reach our growing global audiences. Success is gauged by the quality, size, readiness, and agility of talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with senior leaders, key partner and HR and Talent leaders to understand business needs, priorities, and performance gaps for the General Manager role and pipeline.
  • Identify the critical skills for General Manager roles, and craft and deliver comprehensive global learning strategies that align with and support our evolving business landscape and provide excellent learning experiences.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive communication strategies to engage program participants, and other partners, and that drives accountability for managers to support their participant progress and outcomes.
  • Design and implement scalable, accessible learning programs with a fair and effective nomination process to ensure a consistent decision making to prioritize target talent across our global organization.
  • Introduce and drive the adoption of new learning methodologies and technologies to improve learning experiences and outcomes
  • Evaluate key program and talent metrics and insights to assess the relevance, impact, and scalability of learning solutions, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead all aspects of program budgets, including vendor selection, scope of work development, cost negotiation, and impact measurement to ensure high-quality learning solution delivery.
  • Partner with business leaders and vendor partners to deliver learning solutions through outstanding engagement and facilitation skills.

Education and Experience:
  • 8+ years in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Development. Some background as a Talent Management or HR Business Partner preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in instructional design and facilitation with a senior-level audiences
  • Experience using a mix of learning technologies like Workday, NovoEd, and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Experience with coaching and assessment tools
