Baer is looking for an IT Project Manager for a 6+ month project located in New York, NY
Title: IT Project Manager

Description:

• Manage end-to-end implementation project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate between Deloitte engineering teams and third-party installation crews.
• Oversee equipment installation, cabling, and system integration per project specifications.
• Develop and manage pre-build plans and on-site schedules.
• Create estimates and define material requirements for proposals and installations.
• Approve time sheets, manage team availability, and handle performance-related actions.
• Maintain consistent communication with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for as-built records.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in media/broadcast installation or project supervision.
• Strong background in large-scale media system integration.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting system and electrical schematics.
• Familiar with cabling standards, equipment racking, and installation techniques.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of commercial construction and installation processes.
