Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Cowpens, South Carolina. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in supporting desktop systems, resolving technical issues, and assisting with IT infrastructure transitions. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct imaging and deployment of Windows 11 devices, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users.
Assist with the migration of systems to VMware and Nutanix platforms, contributing to infrastructure upgrades.
Perform physical mounting and setup of servers and other hardware as required.
Support the transition to Office 365, addressing user needs and resolving technical challenges.
Collaborate with team members to resolve IT tickets efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in networking support, including working with Aruba systems and assisting in the transition to new solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and resolutions.
Engage in an on-call rotation after an initial onboarding period to provide timely support.
Demonstrate flexibility by taking on various IT-related tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Strong experience with PC desktop and workstation support.
Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and imaging processes.
Familiarity with Windows 11 and its deployment.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
Understanding of networking systems, including Aruba.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
