Job Summary

Global Vision DELIVER is currently recruiting for a Senior Data Analytics Lead in our Performance & Analytics team located in Jacksonville, FL. This role spans across the entire Vision business, supporting Contact lenses, Intraocular lenses, and optical Surgical Equipment.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to merge your expertise in Supply Chain and Digital technologies, empowering our Distribution, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to improve our customer experience. Candidates should have a good understanding of Supply Chain practices and digital transformation concepts, including proficiency in Microsoft Apps, Azure-Databricks, Alteryx, Dataiku, and Tableau. This position offers the unique opportunity to positively influence the customer experience by delivering advanced analytical products, such as Machine Learning algorithms and GenAI! Moreover, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Digital Strategy, ensuring our digital toolkit surpasses industry standards.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement full-stack digital solutions, independently driving conceptualization, development and roll-out.

Collaborate with operational teams to launch digital products that improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and optimize expenditure.

Build reliable Python algorithms that digitize complex business practices, ensuring seamless integration of these practices into our digital framework.

Shape Vision DELIVER's Digital strategy integrating new technologies that drive innovation, ensuring we stay at the digital forefront and continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers

Serve as a lead authority in Analytics/Digital space within DELIVER, encompassing Distribution, Transportation, and Customer Service.
Qualifications

Required Skills :

Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; an MBA/advanced degree or a focused degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field is required.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of meaningful work experience is required, preferably in a medical or digital field.

Data Analytics Software: Experience with analytics software such as Azure-Databricks, Alteryx, Dataiku, SQL Server Management, Tableau, and Microsoft Apps is required.

Project Management: Project Management/leadership experience is preferred. Clear communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Data Analytics Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (PySpark), SQL, or R is required.

Preferred Skills

Supply Chain Experience: End-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain, PLAN, MAKE, or DELIVER experience is preferred.

ERP Systems: A solid technical understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP is preferred.

Data & Analytics Tools: Advanced proficiency in developing Digital tools, with a demonstrated business results that delivers significant business impact, is preferred.

Process Excellence: Experience/training or certification in Process Excellence and Project Management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, FPX, Agile etc.) is preferred.
