Job Title: Client Partner
Location: Remote with Weekly Travel to Client Locations (3 Days a Week)
About the Role:
As a Client Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. While you will have the flexibility to work remotely, the role requires you to visit client locations three days a week to ensure seamless collaboration, provide hands-on guidance, and help clients drive their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through personalized solutions and strategies.
Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, drive revenue expansion through upselling/cross-selling, and support contract renewals.
Strategic Consultation: Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives, helping them adopt new technologies and solutions that align with their business goals.
Travel Requirements: Weekly travel to designated client locations (up to 3 days per week). Flexibility in travel logistics is crucial.
Performance Metrics: Regularly track and report on revenue growth, project delivery, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in client management, sales, or account management roles, preferably in a digital transformation, SaaS, or IT consulting environment.
Digital Transformation Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technologies and solutions driving digital change (e.g., cloud, automation, AI, data analytics).
Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 3 days per week to meet clients in person, while maintaining productivity remotely on non-travel days.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to clients at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying client challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
