Our government client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Collaborate with client-side PMs to define project scope, budget, and governance structures
- Develop and approve project SOWs based on architectural designs
- Implement projects according to the approved SOWs, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Maintain regular communication with client PMs, providing updates on project status, risks, and decisions
- Manage project documentation and contribute to client libraries (risk, minute, decision logs, etc.)
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Follow established processes to avoid delays and ensure project success
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in running enterprise-wide infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project governance
- Ability to understand and navigate the client environment, mission, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage significant infrastructure projects within a supportive and dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
