  • Worksite Location: Remote
  • Contract Duration: 6-months
  • Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you ll do as the Applications Support Specialist:

  • Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including Windows, Mac, and productivity tools like Google Workspace
  • Escalate unresolved issues to subject matter experts or team leads while maintaining ticket ownership
  • Assist with configuring and maintaining software applications
  • Document support actions, solutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when needed
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support with professionalism and a positive attitude


What you ll bring to the Applications Support Specialist role:

  • 1 3 years of experience in a technology support role, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with both Windows and/or Mac operating systems and common productivity tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Proven ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
  • Strong time management and task prioritization in fast-paced settings
  • Preferred: Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira, and familiarity with ITIL
  • Preferred: Certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Google Admin, or ITIL v4
