- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Implementation Project Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience implementing SaaS systems and the leading changes to an organization's business processes to align with new systems and industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree required; additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including leading complex technology initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional, collaborative project teams.
- A track record of deploying operational efficiencies and intuitive end-user experiences.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and SaaS implementations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications, licenses, registrations: none required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Collaborative approach.
- Capacity to learn, comprehend, and assess technologies.
- Ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes.

- Proven experience presenting to senior-level executives.
PREFERRED- Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM), Agile, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Public sector or K-12 experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES- This position will assist in leading the implementation team to develop, maintain, and execute or oversee the execution of the:
- Project Charter
- Project Schedule
- Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) log
- Stakeholder Register
- Business process mapping and re-engineering
- Configuration
- Data conversion
- Interfaces/integrations
- Change Control plan
- Change Management Plan
- Testing
- Training
- Cutover Plan, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live support
- Other duties will include:
- Lead and facilitate PM meetings
- Facilitate communication with all business leads and Vendor resources
- Manage execution of the project plan and provide status updates to the Director of Field Services and ERP Program Manager
- Act as the main point of contact for the implementation team
- Maintain the project schedule
- Identify and track issues, coordinate response, and escalate as necessary
- Identify and track risks and coordinate mitigation planning
- Escalate scope, resource, and budget requests to the Director of Field Services
- Assist the Director of Field Services with the administration of the software vendor contracts and monitor compliance with terms and conditions
- Recommend action/approval of vendor deliverables and milestones to the Director of Field Services.
