The Specialist will support the HCM Digital Transformation Project in a Workday Systems Administrator role, partnering with OSHR leadership and functional leads.

The Specialist will support the HCM Digital Transformation Project in a Workday Systems Administrator role, partnering with OSHR leadership and functional leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategizing and expanding Workday Onboarding/Offboarding capabilities.
- Designing, configuring, testing, and implementing new Workday business processes.
- Developing and supporting EIB integrations.
- Assisting with user access/security, new security groups, and modifications.
- Working with SMEs on process design, testing, and execution.
- Supporting post go-live Workday operations and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years Workday onboarding/offboarding strategy & process design.
- Strong experience in Workday configuration, integrations, and testing.
- Experience with security setup and user access management.
- Proven track record in post go-live support and sustainment.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $122.00-$130.00 per hour.
