Comtech has urgent need of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Training Consultant for the long-term DOD SAP ERP program we are supporting.
These positions are 100% remote, Candidates with prior or current Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Public Trust) will be preferred.

Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Training Consultant
Location: Remote

**Must be able to clear a DoD Secret clearance**

Role: This position conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Prepares visual information maps. Conducts knowledge capture sessions and develops innovative methodologies for accelerating time to knowledge and capabilities when onboarding new staff.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
• At least 9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) training on processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Able to plan and lead major technology assignments
• Able to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Able to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD ERP
• Familiar with DoD IT architectures
• Federal experience
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills

Performed Duties:
• Develops and revises training courses
• Prepares instructor and student material
• Trains project resources
• Conducts knowledge capture sessions
