We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help our direct client. This is a 8-month, hybrid position with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams, business teams, and external partners developing and communicating shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Owner of several significant portions of the product s functionality controlling all aspects of future iterations to optimize the business value of each area.
• Provide product leadership to a vibrant team of engineers and designers during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bi-directionally about the progress.
• Measure and review data on product changes to determine the need to iterate further.
• Understand company s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short and long term goals.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected.

Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week; must live within 50 miles of the office in Wilmington, DE

• Funnel optimization strategy experience with a fintech / bank or financial institution (Best Egg, Upstart, are ideal).
• Application optimization / A/B testing execution experience.
• Story writing / execution with a scrum development team.
