How you will make a difference As the Director of EIM Technology Operations & Enterprise Architecture, you will spearhead our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) division, guiding the strategic integration of emerging technologies and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Business Unit leader of EIM, the role is pivotal in maintaining our competitive edge, ensuring our technology strategies align with the dynamic needs of our clients and industries.

What you bring to your new team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert who will lead the strategic direction in technology and architecture focused on Data and Enterprise Information such as data lakes, multi-cloud management, API s, integration platforms, data governance, master data management, business intelligence and other data related technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze technology trends and their impact on our industry, advising on potential opportunities and risks for clients.
  • Provide expert recommendations to clients and prospects on technology investments and strategic initiatives, enhancing their competitive advantage.
  • Ownership of customer delivery and customer satisfaction including but not limited to ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, optimize clients' business processes, and expand our service offerings.
  • Craft a cohesive technology roadmap, balancing clients' needs, business goals, and the evolving tech landscape.
  • Champion the communication of architectural decisions, promoting transparency, knowledge exchange, and best practices in tool usage among clients.
  • Support building strategic partnerships with key technology vendors to support business development teams.
  • Cultivate a high-performing technical team worldwide, aligning personal development with XTIVIA's strategic objectives and fostering a collaborative workplace. Individuals will be a key carrier of XTIVIA culture throughout XTIVIA and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
  • Align with other Business Unit directors and leaders and work to create partnerships across all of XTIVIA to ensure we optimize our offerings to customers and work as a cohesive team.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Over 20 years of leadership experience in technology, with a strong background in operations and enterprise architecture.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven ability in project management, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a track record of solving complex problems for clients.
  • Recognized expertise in application architecture within large-scale enterprise settings.
  • Broad experience in software development across diverse technology platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in API design and development, and familiar with cloud computing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating teams and influencing clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.

  • Skilled in designing and implementing solutions utilizing APIs, microservices, and integration technologies such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, and Workato for clients.
  • Experience with web and mobile development, data lakes, data science, predictive analytics, data governance, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for clients.
