Job Details
Title- Refresh Technician/ Help Desk Analyst
Location- Pleasanton
Duration- 12 + Months
Job Description:
- Handle a tech refresh of 500 - 1200 laptops.
- Flexible schedule required as they will be working with international customers. Schedule will change over the course of the assignment.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the operations center. Monitor service desk for tickets assigned to the queue, and process on a first-in first-out basis with respect to task priority. Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software. Monitor the solution center email, and generate tickets out of email requests.
- Analyze data discrepancies and provide/perform solution. Create detailed instructions to solve customer issues. Test software. Document step by step instructions of problems worked on.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, background and imaging, windows 10 and Mac
- Experience with desktop installation and configuration
- Experience troubleshooting desktop issues as well as mobile devices
