Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with deep hands-on exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) and CMDB implementations. This role requires strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform combined with disciplined project execution to lead complex enterprise deployments.
Technical Responsibilities
Lead delivery of ServiceNow CSM and CMDB implementations across multiple workstreams
Manage technical scope covering:
- CSM case management, workflows, SLAs, entitlement rules, and integrations
- CMDB data model design, CI class structure, relationships, and governance
- Discovery, Service Mapping, and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Architects and Developers on:
- Solution architecture and design validation
- Integration strategies (APIs, MID Server, third-party tools)
- Oversee data migration, CMDB normalization, and data quality validation
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, CSDM, and ITIL standards
- Manage Agile delivery execution (backlog grooming, sprint planning, PI planning)
- Track technical risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Hands-on experience delivering CSM and CMDB modules
- Working knowledge of: Discovery & Service Mapping, CSDM framework, IntegrationHub & REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience managing technically complex, multi-vendor implementations
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow CSM or CMDB certifications
- PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications
