Project Coordinator - Technology Team


Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Onsite Tues-Thurs)
Type: Interim-to-Hire


Overview


We have partnered with our client in their search for a Project Coordinator to support their leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to grow their skills in project management, business operations, and executive support.


You'll work closely with senior leaders to coordinate meetings, manage operational workflows, and support strategic initiatives across the technology function. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-level technology operations while making a meaningful impact on team effectiveness and culture.


Key Responsibilities



  • Meeting & Communication Support


    • Draft agendas, take clear and professional meeting notes, and track action items for leadership and team meetings

    • Coordinate and support Enterprise Architecture and intake portfolio meetings

    • Prepare content and logistics for All Hands meetings, ensuring timely review and approval by leadership


  • Operational Coordination


    • Serve as the right hand to a senior technology leader, taking ownership of administrative and operational tasks

    • Manage contractor onboarding, contract renewals, and coordination with HR, IT, and Procurement

    • Track project timelines, consultant engagements, and internal initiatives


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration


    • Partner with stakeholders across the technology organization to support ongoing projects and initiatives

    • Help drive accountability and follow-through on key deliverables

    • Contribute to a positive and efficient team experience



Qualifications



  • Experience:


    • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or similar role-preferably within a technology or IT environment

    • Demonstrated ownership of projects or initiatives with measurable outcomes


  • Education:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
