RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a RH Identity Management (IdM) Senior Consultant for a remote role. The duration will be 1040 hours (approximately 6 months full-time).
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned RH Identity Management (IdM) Senior Consultant to support enterprise-level identity and access management initiatives. This role will focus on implementing, optimizing, and maintaining IdM solutions to enhance security, streamline user provisioning, and ensure compliance across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deploy Red Hat IdM solutions in complex environments
* Integrate IdM with enterprise authentication and authorization systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues
* Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align IdM with organizational policies
* Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience with Red Hat Identity Management
* Strong understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, SSSD, and related technologies
* Experience with Linux system administration
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
