Change Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for Change Management expertise associated with a large and complex software implementation project, via Infor Public Sector in the cloud. Selected candidates provide following support for BES & PWB Departments.
Deliverables BES:
The Consultant shall provide the following deliverables for BES if applicable based on survey results:
Analysis and recommendations from the Infor Change Readiness Assessment Survey results.
A Change Management Plan will be drafted in Microsoft Word, reviewed, and approved by the Project Steering Committee and Implementation Team.
The Change Management Plan should address best-practice planning areas such as role-based plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, and Activity Plan such as a Communications Plan and a Training Plan.
Development of a Change Management schedule to identify key tasks, roles, and timelines for change management activities of the project.
Updated Communications Plan in Microsoft Excel.
Sponsor Model, Messaging, and Coaching.
Recommendations and actions to proactively address staff resistance.
Overall change management support to Infor Project Steering Committee and Implementation Team.
Deliverables PWB:
PWB previously engaged Stantec Consulting to develop business process improvement future state workflows. The Consultant shall review workflows and recommendations and assist in developing the next level of detailed documentation to determine the magnitude of change.
Modify the existing PWB Change Management Plan to include a comprehensive Training Plan along with an action log.
Provide agendas, documentation and facilitate change management planning and project update meetings with PWB teams.
Facilitate manager/supervisor coaching sessions related to change management.
Assist in developing and reviewing communication content for change management.
Update and distribute Change Readiness Surveys as defined in the PWB Change Management Plan.
Analyze results and update action plan in PWB Change Management Smart sheets.
Work side by side with bureau change management staff to provide mentorship, coaching, and development of Change Management capabilities during the project.
Development of a post-implementation report assessing the Change Management outcomes of the project including successes and value-aligned recommendations for areas of improvement to further mature organizational capacity.
Development of a change management toolkit consisting of key documents, forms, and templates that can be customized and deployed on future projects. This should include standard best-practice artifacts based on the Prosci ADKAR model (or similar) such as but not limited to:
A RACI template to document roles and involvement in change management efforts.
A Work Breakdown Structure and Schedule for change management activities for a typical change management project.
Templates for a Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
Templates for surveying user and project teams members to assess change readiness, successes, or areas of concern during project initiation and throughout the project.
