Job Title: Service Now ITSM Consultant
Location:Jefferson City, MO
Duration: Full-time/Long Term Contract With potential extension
Project Overview:
Client seeks a resource to implement ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB Management) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. This includes integrating with existing systems (e.g., Microsoft AD, M365, ServiceNow workflows, AS400 if needed), building provisioning automation, and supporting Operational Change Management (OCM), communications, and training.
Current Tools: Cherwell (retiring), ServiceNow (partially configured), ITOM, CMDB, Active Directory, M365
New Tools to Implement: ServiceNow ITSM & IGA modules
Data Sources: MOVERS (data repository), Active Directory, ITOM integrations
Resource Requirements:
Leadership Team:
ServiceNow ITSM Lead:
4+ yrs leading ServiceNow projects
2+ yrs ITIL + ITSM + CSDM v4
CMA or CTA preferred
IGA Lead:
4+ yrs managing IAM/IGA projects
2+ yrs AD, M365, IAM experience
Working Team:
ITSM Resources:
5+ yrs ServiceNow ITSM config (CMDB, workflows, integrations)
JavaScript, HTML, API, PowerShell
CSA, CAD, CIS preferred
IGA Developers:
4+ yrs building enterprise IAM/IGA
PowerShell, AD, M365, ServiceNow integrations
Shared Skills:
RBAC, JML processes
Strong communication & documentation
