Senior Project Manager - Implementation
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week)
Compensation: $135,000-$155,000 base + discretionary bonus

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful system setup and client onboarding.
- Assess system connectivity:
- Determine ERP compatibility and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with integration teams to confirm connectivity for client systems.
- Drive implementation strategy:
- Configure APIs and integrations (e.g., NetSuite).
- Guide clients through system setup and best practices.
- Project Management:
- Develop scalable processes for future implementations.
- Balance technical and business needs across finance and operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with developers, PMs, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6-8+ years in project management, implementation, or integration roles.
- Background:
- ERP or system integration experience
- Must have worked with data-rich systems
- Technical Acumen:
- Understanding of APIs and system configuration.
- Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to set scalable models and processes.
