Job Description: Kronos Workforce Management Technical

Location: Houston, TX, United States

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Specialist with hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions), and Dell Boomi Integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kronos Workforce Management systems and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) modules for:

    • Timekeeping

    • Scheduling

    • Accruals

    • Attendance

    • Activities

    • Attestation

  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals.

  • Integrate systems using the Dell Boomi platform.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos systems and integration components.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet business requirements.

  • Provide technical support and documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).

  • Experience with UKG Workforce Central.

  • Proficient in Dell Boomi Integration.

  • UKG Certification preferred.

  • Strong understanding of workforce management best practices and system configuration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience configuring multiple Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.).

  • Demonstrated success in integrating Kronos systems with third-party platforms using Dell Boomi.

  • Prior experience supporting Kronos hardware (Clock Terminals).
