Hybrid 3 days per week in Richmond

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Pay Rate: $45-$54/hr W2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, from intake to launch, across multiple projects at once.
  • Build and update email templates using Taxi, includes copy updates and basic coding adjustments.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to receive approved assets and templates.
  • Work with segmentation partners who handle backend targeting and audience logic.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing intent owners and partners.
  • Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and technical setups are completed.
  • Conduct and manage QA, testing, and review cycles before launch.
  • Upload or export files within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (no coding required, but platform familiarity is important).
  • Maintain strict adherence to Legal, Risk, Compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders on campaign status.

Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong email marketing experience (must be more technical than basic MailChimp work).
  • Experience with email content builders (e.g., Taxi, SFMC tools, HTML email editors).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (file handling, navigation).
  • Experience with email delivery platforms.
  • Jira experience for workflow and project tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills-able to clearly explain status, risks, and requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with cross-functional partners.

Education Requirements:
A bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required for this position.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
