You will code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email)
You will integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction, streamline business processes, integrating systems & business flows.
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
*Terraform MUST KNOW Terraform : support ongoing implementation so there will no manual process. and have worked with a CI / CD pipeline for automation with scripting.
* AWS & Lamba
THIS IS AI experience is A PLUS: Genesys AI / Genesys CoPilot - their AI tool working with a new project that is their Genesys AI CoPilot Conversation IVR - AWS

Requirements
Proven experience in Genesys Cloud CX development and integration.
*Terraform
*AWS experience
Proficient in Python, C#, Java, or similar.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Knowledge of AI tools, including Genesys AI CoPilot, is a plus.
