Atlanta, GA | Hybrid

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Manager of Enterprise Data to work in a direct hire position in Atlanta, GA (Cobb Galleria area). This position requires 3 days onsite weekly and does not include relocation.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w-2 basis. Visa transfer or sponsorship is not available on this position.

Target Salary: $170,000 + 10-15% bonus

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the enterprise data and integration architecture strategy

Develop and deliver data platform roadmaps alongside architects and tech teams

Manage and guide a team of 15+ data engineers with a hands-on leadership approach

Design and optimize high-performance data pipelines using Databricks and SQL

Ensure robust data governance practices and efficient integration with BI, analytics, and ML solutions

Experience Requirements:
7+ years of software delivery experience with at least 5 years in data engineering

Proven hands-on expertise in Databricks and SQL development

Strong knowledge of Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory

Experience in Microsoft technologies like SSIS, SQL Server, and SSRS

Track record of managing technical teams, project scoping, and delivery

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Mulesoft or other ETL/integration tools

Familiarity with retail or transportation industry data environments

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
