About the Role:

We’re hiring a skilled Wireless Deployment Manager to support regional rollout efforts of wireless infrastructure projects. This role involves overseeing technical deployments, coordinating with field vendors, and ensuring project milestones are met across multiple regions. You’ll play a critical role in managing site-level network expansion with a strong focus on RAN, microwave, and optical transmission infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end rollout of wireless network sites, ensuring timely and compliant execution

  • Work closely with regional teams and vendor partners to track progress and resolve field-level issues

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders

  • Apply technical understanding of RAN, Microwave, and Optical transport in day-to-day project decisions

  • Ensure all work aligns with safety guidelines and regional deployment standards

  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support multi-regional project demands

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in network rollout, telecom deployment, or wireless infrastructure projects

  • Solid experience in the wireless industry, including hands-on coordination of site deployments

  • Working knowledge of RAN architecture, Microwave/Optical transmission, and network topologies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in field execution scenarios

  • Ability to manage remote communication, field reports, and cross-functional team alignment
