Job Title: Senior Project/Program Manager - Field Engineering Support
Location: Bellevue, WA (Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract - 3 months
Travel Requirement: Up to 80% domestic travel, including potential consecutive weeks and weekends
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional engineering projects across North America. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative systems and automated equipment solutions that support a dynamic logistics and delivery infrastructure.
You will work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution, from planning through implementation and qualification. This position demands a high level of ownership, technical acumen, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives across geographies.
- Drive engineering reviews and influence system architecture and facility processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to set priorities, establish milestones, and manage schedules.
- Oversee execution of systems and equipment installations, ensuring safety, throughput, and performance standards.
- Facilitate effective meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Articulate technical designs and specifications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
- Foster strong relationships across teams and vendors.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Support and train engineering team members on safety and installation standards.

- Minimum 6+ years of engineering experience, ideally in large-scale systems integration and deployment.
- Ability to travel extensively across North America.
