Job Title: Network Resident Engineer (Aruba)
Location: Onsite - Seattle, WA
Duration: 6 Months+ with potential to extend or convert Must-Have Skills
Position Overview
As a Resident Engineer, you will act as an embedded member of the customer's team, serving as the onsite networking expert. You will ensure the customer's infrastructure is maintained, optimized, and aligned with best practices while supporting daily operations, migrations, and integrations.

- Strong networking background with hands-on experience in Aruba portfolio: AOS 8, AOS 10, Aruba Central, Airwave, and ClearPass (SME level).
- Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Serve as the onsite subject matter expert for Aruba networking products, providing daily technical support and consultation.
- Conduct routine network checks to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with standards.
- Support network migrations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify potential issues, monitor network health, and track task progress.
- Partner with key stakeholders to execute projects across all phases of the lifecycle.
