Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven .NET Architect with deep expertise in both AWS and Azure cloud platforms to join our growing technology team in Harrisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technology stack in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design enterprise-grade solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC).

  • Lead cloud migration strategies and modernization of legacy systems to AWS and Azure platforms.

  • Develop architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and integration patterns.

  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures using containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Provide guidance on best practices for application development, deployment, and infrastructure automation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and security best practices.

  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve application performance and team productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack.

  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying applications in AWS and Azure.

  • Proven experience with cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.

  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, etc.).

  • Familiarity with identity and access management using OAuth2, SAML, Azure AD, etc.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Associate.

  • Experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, or CJIS.
