What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel.
- Serve as a servant-leader and coach for 2-3 Agile teams, ensuring that agile principles and practices are effectively applied to drive high-quality delivery, foster team collaboration, and remove impediments to progress.
