Job Title: Windows Admin/System (8+ Years)

Job Summary:

The Windows Administrator / System Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Windows 10 and 11 operating environments. The engineer will act as the primary contact for remote troubleshooting, process improvement, and technology optimization. This role involves providing daily operational support, maintaining SLA adherence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Windows 10/11 OS administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and systems management.

Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for integration and troubleshooting.

Understanding of SLA-driven service delivery and high-volume support environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Experience providing technical training and support documentation to analysts or end-users.

Familiarity with ITIL process frameworks (Incident, Change, Problem Management) is a plus.
