Skillset / Experience:
As a Technical Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and
optimization of our SAP Hybris e-commerce platform, with a focus on integrating web services
and leading the development of scalable, high-performance solutions. You will lead a cross-
functional team in delivering cutting-edge e-commerce solutions, collaborating closely with
architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. A
technical background in SAP Commerce Cloud, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Low
Code/No Code tools will be an additional asset in driving innovation and efficiency across our
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Design:
o Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP Hybris-based e-
commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on web services, API integrations,
and Microservices architecture.
o Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance in best practices for
both SAP Hybris development and system integration.
o Provide technical leadership in adopting and implementing new technologies,
frameworks, and tools, including Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Low
Code/No Code platforms.
Development & Optimization:
o Develop and optimize RESTful web services to support various business
functions and enhance system integrations with internal and third-party services.
o Utilize Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build scalable, modular, and
maintainable solutions.
o Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the SAP Hybris platform by
identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
System Integration & Collaboration:
o Lead the integration of SAP Hybris with external systems, including payment
gateways, CRM, ERP systems, and other third-party APIs.
o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners,
architects, and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely project
delivery.
o Leverage Angular for frontend enhancements, ensuring seamless integration
between front-end and back-end systems.
Quality Assurance & Documentation:
o Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, industry best
practices, and security requirements.
o Oversee the development and execution of unit tests, integration tests, and
performance tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the solutions.
o Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications,
integration guides, and API documentation.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years
specifically focused on SAP Hybris development.
o Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable, performant web services,
including RESTful APIs.
o Experience in leading the development of Microservices-based solutions and
integrating them with SAP Hybris.
o Familiarity with Low Code/No Code platforms to streamline business process
automation and improve development efficiency.
o Experience with SAP Hybris Commerce Suite, including modules such as Product
Content Management (PCM), Order Management, and Customer Service.
Technical Skills:
o Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
o Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions
(e.g., AWS, Azure).
o Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful web services and APIs.
o Experience with SAP Commerce OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) for system
integrations.
o Familiarity with integration protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, JMS, and
WebSockets.
o Experience with frontend technologies, specifically Angular.
o Solid experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Maven,
Jenkins).
o Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms is a plus.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead
technical discussions and align teams on project goals.
