Join a dynamic team as an IT Project and Process Lead, where you will spearhead project management initiatives and foster innovation. This role offers the opportunity to lead with minimal direction, leveraging your expertise to drive success and share best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of project management, including scope, planning, and execution.
  • Oversee communication strategies and ensure team alignment and buy-in.
  • Manage vendor relationships and launch new features while handling invoicing and statements of work.
  • Document system requirements and map processes for new feature development.
  • Update and maintain process maps to reflect changes and new flows.
  • Provide governance oversight and manage steering forums for data quality and corrective actions.
  • Supervise the Global Legal Service Center's work and oversee the transition of new processes.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in project management with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in managing project plans using Excel and familiarity with Outlook and Vizio.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with client-related projects.
