  • Integration Strategy & Planning: Design detailed integration roadmaps, including code merges, API & data integration, toolchain alignment, and platform consolidation.
  • Runbook Management: Build and maintain a scalable IT M&A runbook tailored for software product environments.
  • Execution & Coordination: Lead end-to-end integration efforts with internal/external teams and vendors across development, QA, infrastructure, and IT operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional leaders to report progress, mitigate risks, and align on integration outcomes.
  • Post-Merger Optimization: Drive ongoing improvements, tech stack rationalization, shared service opportunities, and development process enhancements.
  • Technical Risk Management: Identify, assess, and address integration risks and technical debt.
  • Budget & Resources: Oversee technical resource planning and integration budgets to balance speed and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT/technical program management with a strong background in software product companies.
  • Proven experience leading IT M&A due diligence and integration (preferably in software/SaaS).
  • Deep technical knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), APIs, development frameworks, DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with product engineering teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or certifications (PMP, PgMP).
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms and using tools like Jira.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IP, and data privacy regulations related to software products.
