Content Supply Chain Architect Workfront Specialized
Term: ASAP through 10/3/25, with extension
Location: US-based, Remote, occasional travel to NYC
Hiring Type: W2 only
Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Supply Chain Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Workfront to lead the design and optimization of content workflows across the marketing ecosystem. This role will focus on architecting scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions to manage end-to-end content operations, from intake and planning to production, review, and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to support content supply chain workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, operations, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into Workfront architecture
- Optimize project templates, custom forms, request queues, and reporting structures
- Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., AEM, AEP, Assets Essentials) and other platforms as needed
- Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts
- Drive continuous improvement of content processes, governance, and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proven background in content operations, digital marketing, or creative workflow design
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or API-based integrations is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem preferred
