responsibilities:


  • Requirements & Design Leadership: Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive business and technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify essential application capabilities. You'll transform stakeholder input into clear, actionable user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Compliance & Analysis: Analyze existing requirements, regulations, contracts, systems, and processes to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Take ownership of project planning, monitoring, and successful completion. You'll communicate project status, concerns, and questions effectively to all stakeholders and the development/deployment teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure requirements are met through the development of robust scenario testing and test plans, including both manual and automated tests.
  • Seamless Product Delivery: Deliver products to production with meticulous, validated plans designed to minimize deployment and post-launch issues, ensuring business needs and timelines are consistently achieved.
  • Application Support & Optimization: Provide essential second-tier support for assigned internally developed business applications in collaboration with the software development team. You'll also work to advance department processes by promoting change and efficiencies.
  • Cross-functional Initiatives: Lead analysis and project management tasks on various cross-functional initiatives, crafting project scope documents that detail tasks, process flows, data flows, impact statements, and system changes.

qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • SDLC & Agile Expertise: Working knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile development methodology, and various testing methodologies.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong analytical mind capable of critically and quickly evaluating information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicting data, and translating high-level information into intricate details.
  • Problem-Solving Creativity: The ability to think creatively to efficiently and effectively identify requirements that solve complex business problems.
  • Communication Prowess: Express ideas clearly and accurately through both written and verbal communications, adapting your style for diverse audiences.
