Job Title- Program Manager - ServiceNow Location- New York, NY (Hybrid-2 days Onsite)

Description:

Drive Service Now SPM Module Enhancement project across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid execution environment Stand up project for realistic execution: project planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation, and working across multiple functions to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting, understand and maintain programs RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders as well as ownership of key working group meetings Indirect oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers Experience managing Service Now SPM and PMO standup and programs strongly preferred Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting, strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving. Excellent communication (written and verbal), must be able to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, motivate to handle different leadership styles
