- Azure & AVD Architecture: Led the design and deployment of Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Implemented advanced monitoring and logging solutions to assess system performance and enhance end-user experience.
- Application & Image Management: Governed deployment processes for desktop images and application packages, ensuring security compliance and compatibility.
- Cost Optimization: Conducted cost-benefit and ROI analyses; identified savings through vendor engagement, usage monitoring, and industry research.
- Cloud Product Oversight: Managed Microsoft licensing and M365 products including Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange, and OneDrive.
- Automation & Efficiency: Designed and deployed automation using PowerShell and Ansible to streamline desktop operations and reduce risk.
- Project Leadership: Oversaw technical aspects of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Mentored engineers and reviewed deliverables.
