WHERE IS IT LOCATED:
  • Hybrid onsite role in Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne Area)

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Systems and Applications.
  • Opportunity to influence the development and expansion of the team.
  • Lead a small team consisting of a Lead Systems Analyst and PeopleSoft Functional Analysts.
  • Manage workload and provide critical support to internal customers
  • Work with 3 rd party software vendors to ensure proper management of tickets and workflow.
  • Responsible for deploying critical patches for the Business Application platform.
  • Assist with yearly budget recommendations and employee reviews.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the business software/applications space, functioning as a Manager or Lead
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo CMMS is required, with functional knowledge of Maximo considered a plus.
  • Excellent project management abilities working in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take initiative, assume ownership, and drive projects to completion.
  • Oversee workflow management of internal team and 3 rd party software vendor of customization within PeopleSoft and Maximo platform.
  • Must be able to maintain updated technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to function within a highly collaborative team environment.
